Review the Final Product System
An attractive sample in a temporary container is not the complete production reference. Identify the formula version, bottle or jar, closure, contact materials and intended storage/use instructions.

For example, a buyer considering a conditioner should ask how the proposed texture and dispensing system will be assessed together. A foam project needs its own review of the liquid and foaming components. One approved combination does not automatically validate another.
Write the Approval Questions Before Testing Starts
What will be observed?
Agree which characteristics matter to the intended product, how results will be recorded and what constitutes an unacceptable change. Avoid adopting numerical limits from an unrelated competitor's specification.
Which conditions and time points are appropriate?
The qualified technical team should select and justify the plan. Do not invent a universal temperature schedule or assume that a short accelerated observation automatically proves a multi-year shelf life.
What happens if the package changes?
Record the change and ask which compatibility or stability work must be repeated. A new closure, material or formula version should not disappear into a purchase order as an unreviewed substitution.
Turn Results Into an Approval Decision
At the review meeting, separate completed evidence from work still in progress. State what has been approved, what remains conditional and who can authorize the next step. Do not print an unsupported shelf-life claim simply because artwork is ready.
