A brand owner comparing three different product specifications is not making a like-for-like price comparison. Keep the core requirements fixed, and ask suppliers to identify their proposed alternatives separately.
Specify intended species and cosmetic use, format, fill quantity, target channel and packaging expectations. Include launch timing as a planning target, not an instruction to bypass sample approval. State whether you want an unprinted sample or a decorated finished-product sample.

Do not assign your own assumptions to blank lines. Mark each as included, excluded or awaiting confirmation. Compare offers only after the items essential to your launch have been resolved.
Separate Unit Cost from One-Time Project Cost
Keep one-time artwork, sample, setup and agreed development charges separate from recurring product costs. For an internal comparison, calculate the quoted goods subtotal plus confirmed additional project costs. Then identify freight, taxes and other destination expenses that remain outside that subtotal.
This is a purchasing worksheet, not a customs-cost calculator. Ask the appropriate logistics provider or adviser to confirm destination charges for the actual shipment. Avoid presenting a goods-only estimate to your team as a delivered total.

Confirm approval dependencies
Ask what must happen before production timing begins: sample approval, artwork approval, component confirmation and agreed payment milestones. A lead-time estimate attached to an incomplete specification is different from a confirmed production schedule.
Name the responsible people
Identify who approves formula feedback, artwork and shipment release on your side. Conflicting comments from purchasing, marketing and design can delay an otherwise straightforward project. Send consolidated feedback linked to the correct sample and artwork versions.
Document substitutions
Agree how a proposed packaging or formula change will be handled. A purchase order should reference the approved specification, not just “same as sample” without identifying which sample.

Does PAWS FUN publish one price for every private-label project?
No. Formula, packaging, quantity and service scope affect the quotation. Send a brief for a project-specific offer.
Can tools be included in my cosmetics order?
Tools or accessories may be coordinated as part of qualifying pet-care cosmetics projects or distributor bundles. PAWS FUN does not accept independent tool OEM projects.
Can I request branded products instead of private label?
Yes. Branded distribution has a separate product and cooperation discussion. Do not compare that offer with a fully custom development quote as if the services were identical.
