Sample Approval and Production
- Share your market, sales channel, expected quantity and launch timing.
- Agree on a formula direction and packaging brief before sampling.
- Compare coded samples for application, wet-coat slip, rinsing, combability, dry-coat feel and dispensing under consistent conditions.
- Approve the formula, fragrance, packaging and artwork versions together; confirm quality checks and export-document requirements before production.

Production Approval and Changes
Keep the approved formula sample, fragrance, bottle or dispenser, label and carton references with the order. Identify the person authorized to approve each decision and record any remaining conditions before release. Do not treat a packaging approval as a formula approval.
If a component or direction changes, ask the team to identify the affected stock, checks, sample work, cost and timing before approving the revision. Recheck application, rinsing, combability and dispensing where relevant. The existing 500ml specification and use instructions remain unchanged unless a separate OEM project has been approved.

What should a repeat order reference?

What does “Intensive Repair” mean?
It refers to cosmetic coat conditioning and manageability, not repair of living tissue or treatment of skin disease. Use only as instructed on the approved label.
