No. Small orders still need an identified product, package and label. Ask which stock components or mature formula options fit the project, without treating a headline MOQ as a guarantee for every specification.

Keep the approved sample reference, specification, artwork revision, quotation scope and authorized decisions together. Ask the team how deviations and shipment release records will be communicated.
